The app works well. Like the fast payments and booking experience. But this is still a broker... digital or not... And once an issue happens, the digital component of this broker will bankrupt a small carrier because support is literally one of the worst in the industry. Problems in trucking are not exceptions, they are the rule. Not having acceptable support means Uber is not a reliable partner.
I’ve been calling for an answer about my payment and customer service has not answer to me , they can’t get anything solved, all my paperwork were accepted 7 days back and I’m still waiting for the payment. Update I already emailed them one week ago to the email address that you are providing me below and they haven’t reply my emails
I've been with Uber for about 3 years now. And I have to say my overall experience has been good. Off course a few bumps and inconvenience along the way but that expected from a new company. I love the way they pay the no haggle on loads is the best for me. Now work on getting some good road trip loads without a lot off wait time in between and where married. I pull for a few places but only if I can't get my U er load.
I’m having bad experience with the Uber freight app, I have like trying to fix the problem like a week, looks like no one has a capacity to fix, I’m calling to the customer service every single day, I can’t open the app because there is something wrong my account, insurance updated property, I’m not receiving the back up code on my email, and they can’t determine which is the problem, I’m tired listening allways the same message, (we got reported your issue and we will escalate to the next department) over and over. They try it changing the password but they got same problem, so bad for the business because Uber it’s taking me a chance to make a money, so bad
11 times touch the screen to find single loads on specific date and organize by deadhead
App won’t open on iPad and iPhone both up to date on iOS update 14.4.2 location services won’t turn on
I had to uninstall your app and know it won’t open. I’m using iPhone and even though app is installed it won’t show up in settings under privacy.
can you fix the one way bundles on the Saved Lanes!!? It shows all the bundles even when you apply the filter!
I have been using the Uber freight app for over 3 years to book loads as a Carrier. All the previous updates were upgrades but latest Update is just a cluster mess . People will miss out on booking loads because the whole app is cluttered. so many unnecessary Filters . It is NOT as straight forward APP like it used to be. Hey Uber is something is not broken it doesn’t need fixed. Bring back the previous version .
