This is by far the worst broker ever, use to be good company in the beginning, not anymore, representatives in Columbia and Philippines , barely knowing English, waited 2 days to get loaded, so far they are hiding and not taking any responsibility for their mistakes, never again!

I use this app to find loads for drivers. I HATE THE FACT THE APP REQUIRES LOCATION TO BE ON ALWAYS. I turn it on only to look for loads and then i turn it back off. Honestly most of the time especially if my trucks are in good areas I DONT BOTHER CHECKING THIS APP FOR LOADS ONLY BECAUSE IM SICK AND TIRED OF SWITCHING MY LOCATION SERVICES FROM NEVER TO ALWAYS AND BACK TO NEVER. Give us the option of having location services on WHEN USING THE APP OR REMOVE LOCATION SERVICES ENTIRELY FOR DISPATCHERS. This is common sense. Not rocket science.

I picked a load up and dropped it off and it’s been 2 months, they paid the wrong carrier and after serval calls and e-mails, no solutions have been made. Through customer service, I am never able to talk a manager or supervisor. It also takes the “specialization team” to solve a 5 minute problem in a couple months, unbelievable.

paid quickly usually 4 days, but if get problems with any active load, wrong pick number or other issue. call support is never resolved your problem, the first they are clearly speaking english, to hardly understand what they say, second you will wait about 3-5 hours, to get right person, supervisor or account managers. like me today, i waiting 4 hours, just get right pick number! SO - call support never resolve your issue!!!

App works perfect and is seamless well done. Uber freight as a company on the other hand is questionable to say the least. We’ve been doing business with Uber freight for over 3 years now and have had a lot of ups and downs with this freight brokerage. This is the final straw that breaks the camels back… we completed a load on nov 22, 2021 Carson, CA to Moreno Valley, CA and occurred detention. Promptly followed all procedures and requirements to obtain detention(report immediately, have clearly marked in and out times, use app during load and upload paperwork with 24hrs). We were paid fully on Nov 23, 2021 line haul + Detention. On Nov 30, 2021 we were charged back $193.33 in detention without a call, text, email, or any notification! We keep getting the same response that a manager will reach out within 24-48hrs… it’s been over a month…. And still no response, text, call or email as why they deducted -193.33. I have asked to speak to a manger directly or anyone higher up and Uber says they don’t have the tools and are unable to get connected directly with a supervisor…. that we would have to continue to wait for them to reach out to me…. Since then i have spoken to at-least 9 different people on 9 different occasions calling every 2-3 business days to check the status. Come on Uber! Your playing with fire! Burn one, burn all… truckers talk!

I’ve been trying to set up with Uber for several days now. It says someone from the Uber team will respond within 24 hrs. NOBODY has contacted me yet. What does it take to get a response from these people?
