Guys please don’t waste your time booking load from Uber Frieght is big mistakeThey don’t have a good management they don’t pay for times that driver wait to get load and unload this is the Second time, I have been stuck with a load 16 hours for to get load&unload and Uber Frieght doesn’t care what have you been through, they want to know what’s your ETA, of course they don’t pay either

Hi ,Uber is bad broker ,They don’t have any good company or great customer services people. They don’t take any carrier, either u book 1load or 100 load.people don’t have English skills.bad experience every time. Don’t use .find other companies.

Picked up a load in Old Saybrook CT October 8 2021 for a company called Shore Med equip going to Fort Myers FL . First off the location where I picked up was not meant for a tractor trailer so expertise was a must . Spent 6 hr getting loaded pick time was for 8 a.m arrived at the pick up at 5 a.m checked in at 7:30 a.m uber refused to pay detention . 1360 miles to the delivery ; arrived at the delivery at 7:30 a.m delivery time was for 9 a.m at the last minute uber sends a barrage of emails with different appointment times some stating 12 p.m , 1600 , the last email was for the next following day of October 12 2021 . Driving through the a.m 12 to 6 to make appointment to the load being rescheduled for the next following day was a hassle to uber not wanting to compensate layover nor detention pay for the pickup . My conclusion for uber freight is after a while uber freight starts to count your money the people working behind the scenes try to get you to do loads for cheaper then usual one person in particular Garcellen Jones was sending me emails every morning with super cheap rates .

Gave me hart time with the payment! Load was delivered on time and POD had all information but Uber freight rejected it. Did not get paid yet!

I’ve been driving for 5 years and never experienced such a terrible company. They do not care about the carriers at all. Customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever witnessed. They will give your lane away in a heart beat. They only care about themselves. Just grab some loads as a filler. They are TERRIBLE for dedicated work.
Uber Freight brokers ripping off drivers

There is an ongoing issue: when you book a load in real-time at an advertised rate but when you receive your rate confirmation you find out that a broker just deceived you by taking some money off of the rate you booked the load for. Why rip-off the drivers? I have proof of a recent load if the programmers want to track it down to get to the bottom of this and nail the thief.

Uber freight want us to work for free. The rates they offer does not even cover operating cost. Some carriers have to take the jobs just to pay some expenses. Shame on you Uber.

I couldn’t update my load to show that it was delivered early. I had to call in for that. I submitted a signed bol and it was rejected, hadn’t found out why and I’m still waiting for it to be resolved. I can’t add a driver. I called in for that. Two separate people at different times could not help to do it. It still hasn’t been done. There is no way to update some company information in the app. Just trying to make a living. It shouldn’t be so hard.
