I have been using Uber freight for awhile. Started out good. Convenient way to book loads. Some paying fairly well. However last week I booked an appointment got my pick up fine. Went to deliver at Walmart D.C. my appointment on app said 9:00 got there early at 6:00 to be told my Walmart my appointment was for 21:00 not 9:00 and somebody had made a mistake. Immediately called Uber to get things straightened out. Hours later no response. Called multiple times. Went to the D.C. and got a number for them and eventually was able to do their job and set up a new appointment for myself for 15:00. Tried to get detention for this load and was denied even though my appointment according to Uber freight was for 9:00 and I didn’t get unloaded and gone until 16:50. I thought this was a one time thing. So I book another load yesterday two picks one drop. I got my first pick no problem. Send one I get to facility an hour early for my Monday appointment at 20:00. They could find an appointment for my appointment number that day. After a few hours of digging and searching they found my appointment it was for Thursday at 20:00 three days later according to the facility. In between all this had been calling Uber all night and day. Haven’t had anything resolved until today Tuesday around noon. Got a new appointment for 21:00. Did get compensated this time. However not sure it it accounts for using my reefer at -10 for all this time and now getting put back in my schedule for a day. Very frustrating experiences. Am so apprehensive of booking loads with them again now. Bummer because it started out alright. Was nice to have them as supplemental and booking 24 hours.
Deadhead/rate per mile

Why did you take off the deadhead and rate per mile? Now we have to be making number and checking miles to see how good/bad load is. So plse fix that. Thanks

There is a lots off reasons you’re better off to stay clear from this app, 1st when you thought the price off the load you see on the app is not negotiable In fact they pout the same load on a load Bord for other to call and bid on it, a Freind get the same load from them by calling them for $350 different than the app says, 2nd You won’t get detention pay, they will tell you your let according to there GPS even though there is a clear record off time kept at the shipper and in all the bills 3, they are not here to take out the middleman, they’re here to mine data for there driverless truck they working on, they will pot you out off business just like they did with cab drivers, stay clear..

This app has incorrect data collecting I picked up loads on time or knew the shippers that had no issues with anytime pickups usually open appointment ! But they banned my coming for not being on time because I switched drivers who wound pick up loads but were always on time but they banned for small reason which wasn’t even true Few of my drivers Have. A flip phone where they can’t even download the app to track still rediculous hold times are 40 mins or more most of the time never reply back on time even do driver is stuck for whole day
