I’m not sure why I see so many BAD reviews Best App I’ve used so far. I’ve ran 95% EXCLUSIVELY for Uber Freight over the past 7 months. I REALLY LIKE IT. The app is VERY user friendly… No haggling with rates Detention rates should be MORE… especially if SHIPPERS do not cancel and we arrive ON time the product isn’t ready and needs to be rescheduled. SUPPORT COULD BE A LOT BETTER when issues arise. Especially on weekends. Other than SUPPORT lacking a bit I really like it. ****** 4 STARS *****

Probably one of the worst apps I ever used. Incomprehensible. Constant infinite loops that go nowhere. Not sure what it does but helping ship freight is definitely not it.

Drivers, tengan cuidado con esta aplicación, por que cuando ay problemas en las locaciones, ellos lo primero que disen es que no ay problema, que si se requiere apliques para detención o layover, pero una carga de PepsiCo en tolleso on AZ a Buena Park CA., el shipper se demoro mucho tiempo en cargar y yo ya no alcancé a entregar a las 06:00 por que se me acabaron las horas de manejo y me dijeron que no avía problema, que pidiera layover. El receiver me dio el appointment 5 días después y todo ese tiempo estuve parado con la mercancía en mi camión. Cuando por fin entregue la carga, al momento de pedir detención y layover se me negó y después de tres semanas de estar peleando con Uber para que me pagara la detención y layovers, me salen que su cliente se negó a pagar y por lo tanto no se me pagará nada. Por eso les digo que si Uber les dise que no ay problema y que apliquen para que se les pague cuando terminen la carga, piénsenlo bien. Por que ya terminada la carga, simplemente NO PAGAN.

This app drains your battery. They should do something about it. All other trucking apps don’t do this. 2 stars for having to fight for detention all the time

It’s been over a week now and still haven’t gotten my last load paid.. I keep calling and the only response I get it’s we are working on this sorry for the wait…. Really that’s not gonna pay my driver and diésel really bad experience they do NOTTT PAY ON TIME!!!!

Can’t use the app unless you set location to always

App works good but the facts you can’t use it unless you set the location to always. I would understand when you are assigned load for tracking but to check for possible load but not necessary to keep tracking when not using the app or not assigned load
