I have been using Uber Freight for almost a year it’s never take me to the right address And the most of the time the send me to wherehouses close in that day I will never work for them anymore Unprofessional

The app is convenient and it’s easy to book loads. My question is why do you require the driver to have an app for tracking if you always call or email to get an update? What is the purpose of all this technology if you still do it the old fashioned way? Also, it’s really hard to find a load with a good rate. Most brokers have better per mile rates. On the other hand, Uber pays within 2-3 days with no quick pay fees.

Rates are NOT competitive. Will go up at night, then come back down to same price during the day! Have not booked loads with Uber for months. Better rates with other Brokers! Will delete app.

Heavy loads, Low rates, Majority of the customers detain trucks, and customer service barley speak english . They make millions everyday cuz of ignorant drivers

Uber used to be REALLY a great company. Which committed in keeping promises that they put in place. It used to be if you see a pick/delivery appointments on a rate confirmation , then that’s what you get when you arrive at the shipper/receiver. They used to value more on the commitments, the company image and higher standards . However things changed. Now they follow and value the money. Why did I say that? Because as I said they started lying about the load appointments. Uber Freight! I love you but I have no an option but to give you a bad review. And this is because UBER FREIGHT gave me a wrong pickup and when I reported this to Uber freight, Uber didn’t push the shipper to honor my appointment. Thanks
Skips over freight

The app skips over available freight in your area by showing only dedicated freight. Have to go online to see all the freight in your area. Been doing this glitch for over a month now without fixing the problem.

Just last night I booked a load eight hours prior to pick time and arrived on time at 11 pm and was told to wait until my turn when the load is ready. After 9 hours of waiting, I was told by other drivers that this is a common practice by shippers using Uber Freight and scheduling as many trucks as possible and have them wait, sometimes 12-24 hours (not exaggerating) with no shipment order in sight. After 9 hours waiting I reached out to Uber Freight and complained by this issue and was told they will compensate for waiting but only received $150.00 for entire day and night wasted and 9 hours of waiting. Now I’m going back home empty to be able to make it to my daughter’s birthday. Even taxi waiting time is $50.00 an hour and here you get slapped on your face on the name of compensation. Uber does not value your time. Making big corporations happy is Uber’s only concern. SAVE YOURSELVES and DONT USE UBER FREIGHT!!!!! BTW! I have recorded all their conversations just the way they do yours. I WILL EXPOSE UBER with passion.
