Items disappear a lot for no reason. If your cart expires, the items should be shifted below your cart as previous items in your cart. Sometimes after checking that they are not in someone else’s cart, and if they were sold or not—items are not found. I try searching for them again in the search options an narrow my search and they are still missing. Sometimes I have to wait a day or two for them to be found. Items that qualify for the sale promotions day-by-day don’t always retain their sale status throughout the promotion. Lame.
They sell fakes & knock-off Coach Handbags as real Coach

Watch what you buy because somebody is not 100% sure how to identify a authentic coach purse from fake/knock-off on this site. They do not show you pictures of the inside of the purse. SO BEWARE!!! Or go on what they say and trust thread up like I did and was sold a fake. And good luck having someone assist you…customer service is non-existent. ??♀️

I purchased a few items and received a notification that it shipped. I went into the app, and clicked on the “Track” button and received an error. I also got a message that said to download the app, which I’m already in. I proceed to Tweet to both the ThredUP and ThredUP customer service accounts on 1/12 and finally received a response on 1/19. If your app doesn’t work properly or recognize that you’re using the app, at the very least have responsive Twitter accounts. I’m going to delete this app, since it the least useful app I have.

This is the best ever Second hand shopping online there is Timely easy to use app orders are always perfect IVE bed using for a couple years and never a mistake Helping cut down waste and saving the planet to boot Thank you THREAD UP AND SAVING MONEY IS ALWAYS GREAT TOO!!!❤️

I love the concept, but the app could be a lot better. I have such a hard time updating account info. I also wish returns were more affordable— after all, it takes a big leap of faith to buy clothes that you can’t try on and you can hardly see. BUT. I love that I can thrift-shop online. ThredUp has a much better selection of clothing than my local thrift shops!

I was so excited to shop more sustainably, but have been sad at how often the photos fail to capture a garment. Please require more pictures! Especially ones closer up. I need to know what I’m buying, or I just end up returning them.

I’ve spent a lot of money on this site. And then they mess up my account and lose all my saved items and take away my access to the outlet then when I ask for help they say it takes 3-5 days to resolve this issue. I can’t believe how bad they messed up.

I had seen this app, heard about it, I’ve seen unboxings and I’ve read other reviews. But the items you get from here are nothing short of amazing! The first Oder I made and received were items that I’m pretty sure we’re/ are new or never used!pretty hard to believe it’s thrifted ! But even better knowing they were! New to the app? This used to be one of my most favorite ways to shop. About a year ago they claimed they were overwhelmed with intake but now a year later they’re claiming the same thing so they pretty much no longer accept clean out kits which means the selection is a bummer.
