The best !!!

I can buy clothing from my favorite stores at a much lower price also knowing that I am doing my part to save the environment!!

I love it!

If your looking for good prices, quality & love it even more when its brand new thrift items you have found your app! I love hopping on here and getting a cute jacket for a weekend out and only spending 20$!! I’ve also gotten the cutest tops & jeans all in brands like J. Crew, Loft, American eagle, some even had tags still! They even have toddler clothes for my 2 year old! & You can also return stuff super easy. So far I really have had no issues which was unexpected with an app like this ?

Thread up is definitely a nice app and I love it that the prices are decent. I’ve ordered a number of times. I wish the handbags had a lot more detailed photos (inside of bags, flaws, etc) since they are all considered final sale.

Needs Search Improvement
oneillgirl808

I like the selection on the app as a whole. But the search engine needs to be improved. For example, I would like to search for all tops with my chest measurements versus using M, L, XL. The letter sizes are subjective to the brand. Also, the colors in the description of the item are not the same as listed in the search field. For example, a top can be described as maroon but in the search field you have a choice of red or pink. Same thing goes with the blues. Something can be described as turquoise or teal but in the search lists blue or green. Doesnt make sense and needs major improvement.

Thrift??
Honestly Gone

I’m a long time shopper despite ThredUp’s 4 years in existence; however, I refuse to shop thrift and sort through super worn $25-50+ sneakers. I’m a professional, commercial real estate executive and in the past overlooked ThredUp’s pricing being outside the ‘thrift’ model but no more will I spread the word to colleagues and friends given I can’t support these ridiculous prices for thrift! Plus, welcome to 2022….! WE all shop for our husbands, sister’s husbands, Dads, etc. You all have beyond missed the ‘Men’ boat. Wish you the best!

I love good quality 2nd hand clothes - shoot me
Blueberry butt

I am not buying brand new cloths that a retailer marks up 90% and it’s made from China off that back off illegal child labor. Feel better about yourself and your wallet will appreciate you.

The Experience of Thrifting (But Online)
zt.samuels

I’ve had this app for a while, mainly just for browsing. Recently I wanted more workout clothes and wanted to but secondhand so I turned to ThredUp and my experience was amazing! The clothes came within 3 days!

This company is awful. I sent two bags of clothes- most were never worn and I never received a penny. I contacted the company but never got a response from the company when asked what happened to my bags. I would have rather given the clothes to the goodwill drop at my church. This is infuriating! I would have given zero stars but it is not possible.

Obsessed
Kimmy6386

I’m obsessed. I have probably replaced my TJ Max/Target wardrobe completely with J Crew, Madewell, Anthropology, and Athleta over the past 6 months. Everything I’ve gotten is better than pictured, fits great and is in brand new condition even if it says used. Great way to look great, save the environment and save $$$.
