Worst app/service I’ve used – thredUP: Online Thrift Store Review

I purchased a few items and received a notification that it shipped. I went into the app, and clicked on the “Track” button and received an error. I also got a message that said to download the app, which I’m already in. I proceed to Tweet to both the ThredUP and ThredUP customer service accounts on 1/12 and finally received a response on 1/19. If your app doesn’t work properly or recognize that you’re using the app, at the very least have responsive Twitter accounts. I’m going to delete this app, since it the least useful app I have.
