Not so great if you're the one selling.. But a lot of the profits are used in helping charities, so that's a plus :)

Every name can not be taken
Only used it once and had to return 2/4 items.. still haven't gotten my credit. This process needs to be expedited so that people can continue to shop. I will not buy another thing until I get my credit!

I have really enjoyed the looking through the website. I think it is very easy to find what I'm looking for. I have had no issues with buying things or receiving my clean out bag. If I got some money out of my items that would be great, otherwise I feel good knowing my items will either go to a good cause or be recycled to make other clothing. In my opinion, any money I get will be nice, and more than I would get at a yard sale or giving to Goodwill. In order for them to sell items at a huge discount, they have to save money where they can (i.e. Shipping and receiving). So I have no qualms about their process. Lastly, I have been very satisfied with the items I have bought as well as the ease of shipping items back. So far, I have zero complaints and am happy to have a great service such as ThredUp.

This app is super easy to use and it's convenient to all who enjoy thrifting from home! The first order they give you 40% whatever you buy, so that is pretty awesome. Then you get and give $10 when someone uses your link to sign up with them. It's an amazing app, would definitely recommend:)

This app is easy to navigate and easy to search for clothes. I always use the filters to search by size or price,etc. I love ThredUp and feel good about Eco-friendly "slow fashion". The best is the convenience of shopping at home, at any time, taking my time to find my favorite brands and labels. Customer service is always responsive and easy via email. It is also fun to see items of your clean out bag start to sell- but the fact you get store credit upfront when the bag is processed is awesome. Sure, you might not get as much for your items as you would going in person to a consignment store in your town , but for me the convenience & the amazing inventory is what keeps me coming back!
