I been with Rush card since 2012 have had the worst service can never talk to anyone about my account that I can never login to check my balances it tells me it’s sending a code to verify and I never receive anything my phone number and email on file is correct I even tried switching my email still nothing iam done

I’ve been with RushCard since 2008 and the app and service are continuously declining. You have to jump through hoops to talk to someone and then they never have answers for you.

Do NOT get this card. Horrible customer service and they will try to take your money so you need to be careful. I'm a 10+ year card member on my way out because it just keeps getting worse. Now you can't even get anyone on the phone. I've never been in a class-action lawsuit besides RUSHCARD/Meta bank. Don't DO IT! ?Yes, I did win.

It’s sad that you have to pay a $1 for every transaction you make you can’t even save money with this card I had it for four years now and something is always changing I can’t afford to keep paying a $1 for everything I purchase
