Love this app and my rush acct. never had any problems. Cust service has always bee. Very helpful when and if I do have issues. And I love getting paid 2 days early!

This is absolutely the worst bank in the universe you can only transfer to other rush cards and that is stupid customer service is a automated machine that’s annoying and dont help you at all i have em all my information and still can’t provide me with the appropriate help its wack never again

I got the rush card so I could put my deposit from work on it. I have called and tried logging in on my phone it doesn’t let me the phone says it can’t find my card. The log in says it wrong when I know both of them.
