I like it been with them for years had a few problems which I think it would be a bit better with Americans working there to many Foreigners I’m not racist it’s just they don’t have that direct English like us and it makes it kind a hard and I’m frustrating just like vice versa with them


Bad customer service

I ordered a replacement card. Never got it and was charged double just so I can get access to my own money. Was offered no explanation or proof that it was sent. Just had to pay to get access to my own money. Definitely switching to Chime ASAP.


Bad experience

I had rush card since 2003. Everything was good until a few years ago rush card systems crashed and because of that I couldn’t use my card for a few days. Now today after my money was deposited in my card from my job the system crashed again where I can’t withdraw any money to put in my bank account. This is a very inconvenience.


Sneak attack

I’ve been with a brush card for a while now Apple still doesn’t except them and they sneak attack you with those fees so when you put $100 to end up having like 75 only it’s weird

I have been with Rushcard for 10 years and the lack of customer service or caring for the customer has been horrible.

Rush card is a rip off they Rob me for my money and you can’t never speak to a Rep to report your issue with them I don’t recommend any one to bank with them they tell you to msg them it’s sad because I have my account set up to get email alerts anytime my account is being used and they telling me my cards not being used but I’m steady getting alerts and my card steady getting used but they can’t see it but I can threw email it’s sad how they Rob people for there money and I been with them since 2016??????
