Rush card went downhill when it was bought out years ago by green dot. I use to pay 5.95 a month for fees for years then they stopped and changed my plan to a dollar every transaction and transfer. Customer service is a waste of time because they only tell you to go online to handle your issues.

I have been using Rushcard since 2015. Lately they have been allowing a strange Google * google helppay charges, to steal people money off they are Rushcard‘s. Google it. I have had my money stolen, and when you need help from Rushcard customer service they just transfer you around. With no help. Do not use Rushcard they are no longer what they used to be. And their customer service is poor

I have been having no success loading a check through the app, the error code is 94. I had to pull out a Samsung device to use the android app to perform this function

Had Rush card 10+ yrs. And according to new updates and them “holding” my funds when I transfer from one account to another never happened until the new update this December. Which makes it inconvenient! I am leaving RushCard for other numerous of reasons ITS JUST NOT THE SAME!

If I can give zero stars, I would!! I have been with rush card since 2010. I’ve never had to rely on a website or the site itself to handle an issue that is clearly not an issue that can be resolved via website. This is not a way to conduct business with any banking institution. This is absurd. I will be taking my business else where. I am over the new direction Rush card has decided to go. Imagine being on hold to speak with a customer service representative for an hour, only to be hung up on by the representative because they didn’t want to answer ur questions or address ur concerns. The rep was so robotic with his responses and sound rehearsed that he didn’t care about helping me. I have been a very loyal consumer to the rush card empire and this is the thanks I get? Never in my years of living have I encountered such blatant lack of the word “customer service” I can see why no one uses Rush card anymore. This is an outrage!
