It’s stupid how they don’t let you cancel a transaction. They better fuken deposit my money.

I always get an Authentication failure error whenever I try to log in. I’d say this happens 90% of the time. I almost always end going through the hassle of calling and entering in my card number to simply check my balance.

Very low-performing interface. Where’s Touch ID???? Get with it! Refunds take waaaay too long. I’m also seeing a lot of transactions get refunded then processed again without my knowledge or request. Makes me not fully trust that my balance is accurate OR that I’m not being overcharged. Savings acct side is shaky. I had a savings acct but the first time I was unable to access my own money I closed it. Not okay! Your phones at customer service need work as well. I hate when a phone computer demands my card number, date of birth, last four of social, etc. then the representative asks for it all again because the system didn’t populate their screen with the information I put in. Very annoying.

I keep getting error messages on the app, but I can get access on the website in a breeze. It’s going to be a great app when the kinks are worked out.

I installed the app. It won’t load. Uninstalled multiple times still same problem. Does it or did it ever actually work for anyone. Only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me send the review without rating.

The most unreliable piece of garbage. Due to retarded circumstances i had to use this for 2 weeks. In these two weeks I’ve had nothing but problems. When I went to open my account, the authentication codes emailed to me wouldn’t work. When I called and asked for help, they basically said our system is bad and you need to wait 24 hours. After I finally set up the account every time I try to log in I get errors after errors. Sometimes I can’t access my account all day.
