I Really ,, Really Love The RushCard It’s The Best Ever !!

I have had this card forever. Grandfathered in with no monthly fees. I have my child support on it only. My only issue is it’s an antiquated card and the customer support is way worse and unhelpful as any prepay I have ever had. Oh well child support just sits on it no big uses for me

Have had a mysterious hold on card ever since I received stimulus check and now they are saying my account doesn’t exist, customer service hangs up on you and knows absolutely nothing. Would not recommend.

I have had RUSHCARD for like 6 years and I absolutely love it anytime I’ve had a problem the customer service line people and the people over the online chat always assists me with whatever I need I love the fact I can make a rush goal and transfer my money from my cards to my rush goals(savings account) ALL FOR FREE!! & I AM A ACTUAL CUSTOMER MY NAME IS KRISTEN. RUSHCARD has been so good to me so I think it’s the least I can do is write a review.

I’ve had my CARD for many years, now that I’m having a problem with it I can’t talk to a human. Big problem to me a lot of money to you it might be a small amt. I live on a fixed income. Rush Ca d I love you but it’s some things you need to fix. NOT USER Friendly Thank You.

So I pay a monthly fee it’s worth it . My old bank hit me with overdraft fees and more . RUSHCARD even disputed and went to bat for me when I had a withdrawn from my account that I didn’t do . RushCard replaced my money in a vary reasonable amount of time . All banks have there issues from one time or another just like us . The end they’ve always made me happy . Will you merry me RushCard .

I been a loyal customer for 10 years if I have a problem with my card or need to ask a question customer service always was there for me in made sure they take there time so everything could be right I would redeem any in everybody to get a rushcard
