I had rush since 08, when it first came out. They are pretty good I just wish they had the face activate instead of putting the code in all the time. Only thing I don’t like is you have to wait almost 3 months if something happens if someone steals your card or money and it’s a strong possibility you won’t get your money back. I had that happened twice one time I got my money back the other time I didn’t

Having a lot of errors with the new update. During login. It lets me bypass it but I’m not sure why would I still be getting an error.

I have had trouble making payments to my credit cards. The payments were returned and my account was closed. My credit score was affected by this.Now my new credit card has also returned my payment from rushcard.I can't get anyone online or phone. I'm very upset and may haven to look foe another bank.

I cannot be the only one that cannot load a check with the App. I literally have over a year with this issue and No solutions via chat, customer service, email, nothing. I just want to load my checks, it magically stopped working. Definitely considering leaving in the near future.

I don’t have a problem with the app my issue is with the lack of support with being able to speak with a a live rep. I am no longer comfortable with not being able to speak with a rep when it’s involving my money. I only signed up with rush card for early direct deposit loads, but I’m no longer getting my direct deposits early so I don’t see the point in me keep this bank anymore it’s time to move on. Im also paying a additional money fee monthly that could be avoided with a legitimate bank account if I’m no longer receiving early deposits what’s the point of keeping this account

Worse app and customer service ever. You have to use the chat feature. You can only speak with a live rep if your doing a dispute. The dispute Dept is not throughout and customer will hang up on you in a minute.

Not so happy. After long thought and a customer for about 18 years I think it’s time to part ways , too many fees, but direct deposit is excellent.

The app never works!! So much for checking the balance!!! Fix this please, makes me want to get rid up f my account, so frustrating. Been a customer for 6 years!
