I’ve been with Rush card Since 2008, They’ve had there minor issues in the past. But My money is always in my account and It’s always on time!!!

I’ve had Rush for several years now, and pretty much through those years, I haven’t had to much to complain about . I’ve always received my direct deposit 1 or sometimes 2 days early. One thing I’ve never liked was their ATM map. Every ATM I’ve tried to use has charged me a fee. No matter if I’m using the “FREE” Atm map or not. Now with no more customer service with an actual person, I’m very leery . As of today however- I’m satisfied.
Wouldn’t trust them to anyone!!!

By far for over 10yrs they have took money from me, yet continue to lie about their wrongdoings. The Customer Service representatives have no care for your concerns. The chat text are very unconcerned, get your private information to be of no assistance. You shouldn’t have to keep submitting your private information to not have your account updated!!!

It only lets me cash my checks on one of my phones any time I log in on another phone it doesn’t work. Services are great when I’m logged in on my old phone. Very efficient and fast but , on any other device it tells me I go doesn’t work

I have had my Rush Card for many years now, it have been very useful and comes in handy... with that being said! RushCard has the WORST customer service ( if that’s what you want to call it) you can never speak to a real person, and if you are lucky enough to reach a live breathing person, they can’t even help you... your referred to their website or mobile app that answers none of your questions or even address issue. I’m am very upset with the way they treat their customers.

After your recent update to the mobile app, I am no longer able to view all of my account information. I’ve made several attempts to speak with someone regarding this matter. I’m seriously considering closing my accounts.

I’ve been with RushCard since 2012 faithfully. They started the movement with “getting your check early”. How can they let competitors to come in and take over the game. Rush has much more potential. Their website is bland you have to review it in desktop modem. They need more features. Offer more services such as overdraft protection like other prepaid debit card, I can’t even link to cash app. I’ve been debating on switching banks but don’t wanna go through the hassle. Rush please get it together.
