I love this card, I swapped from a Walmart card to RushCard & I'm soo happy I did ! I was having to drive miles away to add money to my Walmart card & now with Rush, I can go to Dollar General, just up the road from my house ! Not to mention my card is really pretty lol I love the color ! The app is easy to manage, all of the information I need is right there & I don't have to go searching in different places & pages !

Getting better took awhile to get update to the new iOS software and I wish they would update so I can use it in my Apple wallet I’ve had RushCard almost 8 years now

Don’t Get A Rush Card!

I have a Rush for almost a year now and I never know when I’m getting my money, it promotes up to 2 days early but I have never got it two days early. I usually get it acouple hours before it hits Friday like what’s the reason to get a Rush Card if it isn’t gonna get rushed on time? I’m just thinking about going else where!

Not impressed at all. But not surprised considering the lack of customer service. The new security measure added to the latest update is the biggest joke. I’ve tried for days to have a text or email sent to get the authorization code but I never receive it. I’ve called and I can’t get a helpful answer at all. So I can’t check my balance or send/receive money, which is not helpful considering my husband works across country. Fix please.
Card replacement
Great game play me!!
I’ve had a rush card for years and never had a problem. Every so often the numbers on the card would rub off and I would call and get a new card. Now I call and it’s every prompt but a replacement. I have pushed every prompt Just to get no where. I can’t reach anyone. I sent emails and haven’t gotten a response yet smh.

The new mess you have to go thru just to check your balance on the app is GARBAGE. Will not be using it any further. Loved it the last 4yrs I had it tho.
