Every since Mr. Sims bailed out there is NO real support from the new company. The bank you have now stucks. Now every time you want to check your account on the app you have to have a code texted to you. ... not convenient at all. The service on the app is NO longer excellent. I use to rate a 10 out of 10, now I rate a 2 out of 10. Your customer service is excellent if you can reach them. I use to reach customer service right away. Now I have to call at least 6 to 8 times before I call reach a human being. Your app to often can’t be reached on week ends and late evening. Transferring money to another Rush Card customer takes 15 to 45 minutes and sometime you can’t transfer any money. Other banks take 2 minutes or less to transfer. What has happened Rush Card Company. You definitely need a more professional and modern tech bank. The bank you have now is in the “Stone Age”. Meet “The Flint Stones” age. Not pleased with Rush Card at all. Pleas make reaching a human being more convenient for your customers. Not happy with present make.

When I read about their fees in the cardholder agreement, I assumed the fees they listed were the same as most other prepaid cards.... I was wrong! They allow the retail merchant to charge one high fee and then Rush Card themselves charge ANOTHER fee on top! This is by far the most expensive prepaid card I’ve used! And they want my direct deposit ? ? Yeah right! HAHA! They’ll never get my direct deposit with the fees they charge! Cost me between $8 to $9 just to add $250 on my card! I’ll update more more on this review if I find out more things they’ve tried to hide or if they try to steal my money like other reviews I’ve read and get my attorney involved if necessary! Currently searching a for a different prepaid card to replace this one but there’s only a dozen banks that partner with prepaid card companies like this one, so our options are limited. Beware of Rush Cards “double fees” everybody!!! You’ve been warned!!!

Been with Rush about 4 years. Love getting paid 2 days early!!! Only issue is, I CANNOT SPEAK TO A REP WHEN I NEED ONE! I don’t want to go through the app for a questions or complaints!
Annoying after update

Before I log in, error code pops up. When I use Face ID, error code again. I have to click on the password line and type my password after hitting okay on the error, I forget my PW sometimes and have like 20 to memorize. It’s tedious! Cant ever use face id to login when I need a quick balance check or transfer

I have had a rush card for a few years now. I can no longer load checks continuously get an error message that know one knows what to do about. My payday is Thursday’s I normally get pay out on Tuesdays and recently on my actual payday and still have not received my deposit. To call customer service and get a person who English is not there first language and frustrates me to the fullest. I am going to cancel my card and just let my money deposit into a bank that can answer my questions or yet I am more comfortable knowing my money is there.

This rush card lies. You don’t get paid 2days early. You can’t get no customer service.. this card program is not reliable. Please don’t waste you Time an waste the money they do take for using the card

I’ve been a RushCard membership since 2010, and I’m still with RushCard up to now, and I didn’t have no issues with this company! I get my income within 2days every time I get Direct Deposit and I haven’t got no problem with this company! I would refer my friends to sign up with this company!
