This app is horrible. Then they have the nerves to charge you for a monthly fee but that app don’t even meet requirements I will not be using anymore rather stick with cash app or chime

This is THE BEST banking app ever!!! And the customer service is AMAZING ?!!! This is the only bank ? card I will ever use , PLUS they help you get a second card through them that helps build up your credit!!!! How awesome is that!!

I purchased and cancelled a plane ticket through Delta.com with this banks debit card. It has been 10 days and the charge is still pending on my account with the funds still being held! The customer service rep says they see where delta reversed the charge but it has to remain in a pending state for 2 more days! Are you flipping kidding me??? That makes no sense and sounds like the biggest bunch of B.S. ever! I asked where this policy/rule could be found and not one person could tell me. I will be reporting to the BBB. Absolutely assanine!!

Had this account for 4 days. I contacted support and they told me I can use my virtual court for 15 days I only had it for 4. Then I ask was there a way they could fix it and they had no clue what they were doing so I have to go a whole week till my physical card arrives without using any of my money. It wouldn’t allow me to make any purchases is kept telling me my three digit code is incorrect. It also stopped allowing me to use Face ID and took the option away. And when I try to deposit money using my account n routing number. It wouldn’t receive it.

This app did not deserve a star at all, after the day I activate my card I have not been able to login into my account again , it keeps telling me “ Unable to login please try again later in 15 minutes…. I will be glad if they can fix this

I haven’t been having any problems until now. I can’t get pass the verification process and I’m not getting any help to get me bypass that step so for over a week I have had no access to my information on my app
