Will not let me sign up?!?!?!

I’ve put my information in front to back from the RushCard still won’t let me sign up!!! It Keep saying “An error occurred while processing your request, please try again later”... I’ve been trying since the last month of December 2017 and still gets nothing!!! Please Fix!!!

I was so excited to get my Rush card and start banking in style, but I can’t get the app to register an account... it’s been down for a week. I also cant find a live person to speak with. Very unhappy, not to mention I loaded $100 last night at Walgreens and tried to use my card and it keeps coming back as Declined! What rubbish

This app just waisted about a good half hour of my life. Because I went to set up new account and NO, it’s says AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER? So went on to activate new card , BIT NOPE I CAN NOT GET ANYTHING DONE WITH THOS APP.! It’s being deleted right after I post this review! It’s bull $h¡+ when you put in a card number at least a good 3,4 times before you say screw it it’s gotta be a issue on their end not mine. So thanks for waisting my time !

I love RushCard. Because I get mine earlier than my coworkers. But I wish there was just a feature that allows you to see pending deposits. Like, from work, or SSI, etc. like at Freedom First is shows as a pending deposit of xxx amount of money.

Rushcard itself: I’ve had rushcard since maybe June ‘17. From the moment I started getting direct deposits they were taking money (10-20$) every other week and when I’d ask where the money was I get no explanation. The took 30$ back in December and even now in February they haven’t put it back. Every other time I get gas they keep a hold for over 2 weeks (example you get 20$ of gas... they tAke the 20$ and put another 20$ on hold 2-3 weeks out). The app: The app is TRASH. I hate having to log in every 5 seconds when I switch between apps. When I originally got it, it allowed me to use my finger print and one day it just stopped working. It doesn’t show the correct balance in the balance section. I have to literally go to the LAST transaction I’ve made to see my available balance. There’s no way to dispute anything through the app so you either have to log on a computer or call the customer service number (they don’t have anyone there with proper English so there’s a language barrier and this was specifically TOLD to me by one of their representatives). I’m sticking with PayPal prepaid.

Years ago this card was great!!! The past few year I had numerous problems with customer care, they closed out my pink babyphat card and will NOT send me another one, I have never won anything from any of their contests I enter in. This app have never worked for me, I don’t think I can trust this company anymore.. a lot of changes since the new ownership and I not feeling comfortable the company, you really can see the difference I am looking for another company to trust with my money.. I am very disappointed Rush Card

They are horrible you can never reach a rep when you most truly want to and they always hang up on you in the automotive system they do not protect you when fraudulent charges are made on your card and want you to wait 90days for the dispute process when they are responsible for the paperwork they send they swear they have an office in San Fransico but all their agents are over seas HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I had to delete the app and give up on using this card because I forgot my username and password but whenever I would enter my card info and ssn to recover, there was an error (not with my info) and the app couldn’t continue. So I got online and did it instead. Got a new password and retrieved my username so I opened the app again and tried logging in with that info, app said it was wrong. I assumed I typed it wrong so I tried again and made sure I typed it perfectly. App said it was still wrong and I’d tried too many times so they locked my account. It gave me a number to call but when I did, there was no option to speak to someone about it. Useless.

This app isn’t working, it keeps asking where do I want to send a authentic code to check my balance? & when I pick, I’ll NEVER get an code sent to my phone or email!
