I been with rush since 2006 never have I had a problem with customer service nor my card I gets my funds days earlier than I’m supposed to and alerted when my funds is loaded and low. I with they would update the cards to have the chip in it

I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They don’t let you speak to a live representative regarding YOUR MONEY. They want to email back and forth and the response time is 24hours for urgent matters. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!!!!!

This RushCard service is horrible the chat ends they make you call them over and over again I’ve had this card for 10 years and the service have worsened since the online service you get no help over the phone Shame On RushCard

I had rush card for a while and once my card was blocked I had absolutely no help. My card has been blocked for 3 months I have a balance of 361 that I need to pay bills with ! I send out an email everyday and all they say is they’re trynna escalate the case !! This is ridiculous I could have stayed with netspend

Not happy I been with RushCard for some years now and I downloaded the app so I can deposit a check on to my card and the stupid app won’t let me do it. Now I’m sorry for calling the app stupid but I very upset cause now I have go cash my n deposit it on to my card another way which it’s goin to calls me to do. Thanks rush

I’ve been with RushCard since 05 and I’ve had a fewer bumps along the way but their customer service department has been there all the time great job guys thank you

I will never use any other online bank. Been with them since the beginning and plan to stay for good. Not only do I get paid 4-5 days early but issues are always dealt with right away. Thank you Rush! Sweet Kandy
