After the latest update the red circle with the number of new events is not clearing after I view the video clips.

These morons can’t take the users word for it and try to get you to do crazy stuff. One of them told me to disconnect my ring door bell and mount it higher to get better signal…ok but my siding is cut for the doorbell and it was working fine for over 2 years where it was. Pathetic and horrible tech support!!!

Terrible update

This recent update from today is a disaster! The app is deleting videos I never deleted and causing a lot of issues!! Get it together please! I’m tired of there always being a major issue after an update! It’s getting ridiculous!! Especially when we have to pay for this crap!

Motion Detection Counts

The newest update doesn’t reset the number of motion detections on my device. The count used to reset once you viewed the videos and now the count remains at 9+. Can this be looked at because prior to this latest update this was never an issue.

Terrible Support

This company has sent their support outside the USA. They follow scripts and never help. Riezel was rude and not helpful then ended the chat when I asked several times to change my email. They don’t allow you to change your email in the app. That makes no sense and adds a layer of frustration on time for me. I wouldn’t pay for their service to watch my house when they can’t allow for the simplest of app designs or customer support. I would look as there are many other options for this.

Latest app update breaks the app. Missing videos and shows 9+ new videos on each camera with no way to clear it. Awful.

Updated a couple of days ago. New recording still show as new after being watched. Please fix as it’s a pain to have to check every camera every time for new content.

Last update no good

Last update screwed up the time stamp in the lower corner. It’s way to large of font. The event counter does not reset after viewing video or deleting videos. Please fix now!

Can’t open!

Ring goes off I try to open and the list of time but can’t open to see what or who is there. When I go back to check unanswered Ring notifications it say there's a Error Alert. If I want to go back and check an old alert 5 minutes before. Same message coming up. Trying to open when ring goes off it's taken to long for the app to opened. Can you do an update without so many problems. It's getting old with all the problems.
