Terrible Support – Ring - Always Home Review

This company has sent their support outside the USA. They follow scripts and never help. Riezel was rude and not helpful then ended the chat when I asked several times to change my email. They don’t allow you to change your email in the app. That makes no sense and adds a layer of frustration on time for me. I wouldn’t pay for their service to watch my house when they can’t allow for the simplest of app designs or customer support. I would look as there are many other options for this.
