Ring app support blows – Ring - Always Home Review

These morons can’t take the users word for it and try to get you to do crazy stuff. One of them told me to disconnect my ring door bell and mount it higher to get better signal…ok but my siding is cut for the doorbell and it was working fine for over 2 years where it was. Pathetic and horrible tech support!!!
