Can’t open! – Ring - Always Home Review

Ring goes off I try to open and the list of time but can’t open to see what or who is there. When I go back to check unanswered Ring notifications it say there's a Error Alert. If I want to go back and check an old alert 5 minutes before. Same message coming up. Trying to open when ring goes off it's taken to long for the app to opened. Can you do an update without so many problems. It's getting old with all the problems.
