Latest update is no good

Notifications will not clear now and snapshots are not working. I’ve already gone through all troubleshooting steps and had a replacement sent. I’m still having the same problems. It’s obviously not the unit’s problem, it’s the app.
Numbers appear on camera name but no unseen videos

After last update, getting red numbers next to camera names, but no new videos to watch. Normally clears number if no unseen videos, so I can’t tell if there are new videos.

I misplaced my Wi-Fi password as well as my Blink password.Now I am no longer able to use my Ring camera since I have changed my Wi-Fi provider.

I shouldn’t have done the latest update. You guys screwed it all up. Always showing 9+ on all the camera’s history and then when you star a selected video, it puts the star on another one instead. Next time, I’ll just read the latest reviews first before I update. It was working just fine before!

O problems with this app until I downloaded the 5.48.0 update. The numbers by the videos do no clear. Customer service is working on this problem but no solution so far.

I gave a 1 because you can’t give a zero! This is terrible! The live view takes forever and sometimes I can try for an hour and NOTHING! I heard something in front of my door late at night and couldn’t even get the app to show me a live view. PLEASE FIX THE APP! UPDATE… now I cannot go live AT ALL! The notifications just come to my phone after a minute or so and never a live view. I then get a message at the bottom asking if I want to see past events instead?????? Come on RING get it together. This is terrible! People please do not waste your money! They will NOT fix this. Beware also that every time there’s an update, you lose something else. Seems like a scam to me!

Horrible zooming and if you don’t have Wi-Fi your cameras are useless… but I’m sure this will be taken out of the review’s…. But I hope I saved someone the pain ????
