With the last update it sits and spins on history? Went from being a perfect app to bugs every time I update. I’m just going to put this additional to my issue above. Why am I so iffy about updates now, got me nervous Ring. I’m not even gonna pay the $100 annual fee this year. I’ve had them since I believe 2015/16 and I’m paying for disappointment. My ring doorbell don’t record at times and when it does it’s a black screen. I have another battery cam that’s sitting in the cabinet because it kept failing on me. I also miss the shortcut setting wheel upper right hand corner of each cam, that was removed. Getting to froggy…

Just did the latest update and the in-app notification badge shows 9+ alerts that I haven’t watched on both my devices. But that’s not the case. I was completely up to date before the update. I cannot remove them.Seems like this is an issue for almost everyone. I hope they address this asap.

After this update I can no longer get rid of the numbers shown on top left of the video and this is really annoying since you cannot tell if you have new movements. Please fix this problem.

I started with a doorbell and was very pleased so I moved to get 3 security cams. I was pleased at first until the motion detection kept telling me a car was a person. The most recent update doesn’t clear out the number of activity for each camera. I have since cancelled the protection plus because what’s the use? My doorbell NEVER tells me when there is someone there even when someone is right on top of it. Horrible products! Once I move I will be replacing with Wyze as at least their AI knows the difference between a person, animal and vehicle.

I bought three cameras thinking that’s all you need to do to receive the service but then later I find out it has to be a monthly payment which I set up for one month and then after six months I discovered that they been taking money out of my account every month don’t like the service I I stop using it after one monthCall ring team to let them know what’s going on and they say when you hit the subscribe button you’re basically signing a contract that allows them to take money out of your account every month I think that’s wrong

Latest update(19 Jan 2022) no longer resets the notification count once viewed.

Latest update shows +9 videos on all cameras. Erasing videos or reviewing the won’t remove the icon. Fail…..

Recent update broke the app. One cam doesn't update, streaming errors and no motion detection.

When deleting events it comes back with saying something went wrong and doesn’t clear. Is annoying until I close the app. S/b a simple fix.

Keeps saying I have 9+ notifications for several of my cameras despite me clearing it. It’s been this way since the latest update. People have complained via twister/emailed but no fix yet. It’s quite annoying.
