Unable to log on again

Centurylink has failed innumerable times with their customer service and with their software. Again, a logon issue. Seriously, get your act together. This is embarrassing.

I have been a century link customer for years and have had good service. Prism tv is constantly going down and this app is just horrible. I am at home on my network and I am always told I am not on my home network. I have been trying for days now to get the app to even open, and when it is open I do not get every channel. This app seems to be useless. The new update just released makes it even worse. I am constantly kicked off of the app.

Wish there was better control of tv channels. Even though I keep hitting the option to stay logged in for 30 days, I have to sign in every day. Will be ok I if I had a weak password, but I don't.


Won't find my "home network" even when I am at home!

Pretty useless when it keeps saying I am not on my home network...despite sitting squarely within my home.


App works fine after a week's wait

Just got CenturyLink and Prism TV on July 18 and wasn't able to get access to online content until 2 days ago. From reading the other reviews, this wasn't just an issue for new customers. Had to call and wait and chat several times for hours until my question got escalated and I was given another Prism tech number to call. Was told I didn't have some critical Prism online access on my account and that this would be resolved and I'd get an email within 24 hours. In the end it took 5 days. Now my login hours through on all the on-the-go apps: especially the NBC Olympics which was my primary concern. Techs did call to check that everything was resolved which I appreciated. Re: app itself, not wild about the big tiles that take longer to scroll through but like the schedule being available especially on my iPad. Not clear why access had to be added to my account and error message was completely unhelpful.


Fix this app dammit

I AM home!!

I've been using this for months and in the last update it now can't tell I am on my CL home wifi! Sent email to support. No response. Fix it or we go back to Comcast.
