Less than one star
Dosing
Gave it one star because I can't give it less!!!!! When first got Prism three years ago, this app worked beautifully. Then problems began with not being able to access channels. Message said they were not in my subscription. BUT THEY WERE!!! Contacted customer service. D'oh! Don't know why, we're working on it. Yeah, and no progress for two years now!!! At this point, the whole app is whacked . . . . Can't see anything listed for live tv, can't see listings . . . . . Nothing works!! Century Link this is a rip off. Promise us this access then can't provide it!!!!

Constantly getting kicked off. When it does work, everything you try to watch tells you that you must be on your home network. If I was at home I wouldn't need to use the app and my iPad, I'd watch my TV. It could be a great app if they'd actually let you watch something. I regret the switch. I work 1000 miles from home. With Dish, I could watch anything I paid for through their app. CenturyLink don't let you watch any live programming and I cannot watch anything I record. It's useless. I guess I'll need to find something else come football season.

I switched to Prism from Time Warner and was happy with the picture quality and price of the service, but this app is useless. You can record most channels, if it actually works, but on the few channels it allows you to Watch Live, you can only Watch Live at home. I don't have much good to say about Time Warner, but at least their Spectrum app worked away from home and allowed you to watch some programming live. I thought one of the reasons for the app was to allow you to watch when your away from home. This app has a very long way to go before it's useful.
Technical difficulties

We just switched from DirecTV and I'm beginning to think we were had. This app does nothing but tell us that it's experienced technical difficulties and we have been unable to use it. What a piece of crap.
Worthless app and worthless help

I have tried and tried to use this app on my iPhone and IPad but all I get is the "technical difficulties - try again in 10 minutes" response. The customer service rep had nothing except reset the password and delete/reinstall the app. Neither has worked and continues to be frustrating. When will they get this fixed?

Doesn't work horrible service and when you call in you are transferred to 6 to 7 representatives only to be told they're escalating the repair order. It's been over 2months since my first call about prism on demand and a headache every since. As soon as this 12month plan is over I'm getting RID of century link and switching to COX!!! Over price bills, you can't access your program package. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER Support

The log in and phone number isn't what you think. If you use your account email/login based home phone it will fail. The prism box uses a separate phone # and a different email/login must be made to get the app to work....STUPID!
Worst App Ever

I never write reviews for apps, but this is just the worst app ever and needs more reviews, so maybe someone will improve it. This app basically only works at home. Whenever you try to watch live TV away from home, only a couple channels are accessible. We had Directv before and their app was definitely more user friendly...and actually worked. Also, no one else in my family seems to be able access/download this app.
