Issues with app

Mlletech

1) It says that I am not connected to the home network when I am in fact connected. 2) It does not show my list of scheduled or recorded shows. It is blank. They really need to fix this.

Premium Content error resolved

Fan000284

After an initial and unsuccessful call to support I made another call. This time a problem was found and after they got my "account synced" and I signed out and back in the content worked. Not impressed with the initial experience but maybe this helps others for whom all the content is locked.

Please add

I would rate this a 5 if we were able to watch our recorded shows on our mobile devices. I thought I was able too, but come to find out when syncing it's only giving you the option of using your device as a remote.

Doesn't work.

App has not worked a single minute since I've installed it. It's absolutely terrible and reflects very badly on CENTURYLINK. The service AND the app are awful.

Absolutely useless, at home and on the road. Can't even figure out I'm on the "home network " when I'm on the Prism wi-fi. Huge disappointment!

Centurylink Prism TV app DOES NOT WOrk

Mike Daudt

Boo, Centurylink. I can't log in for days. Support is useless. Going back to Xfinity.

Too bad there's not a ZERO star rating available...

Never had such pathetic customer service. From initial tech installation to overall customer response. This app is just the latest and greatest example of poor service. Can't sign into prism tv app. Or ANY app that requires my centurylink credentials. Called tech support...they said they required me to have a centurylink email, which is ridiculous. But I went ahead and set it up. Still won't let me login. Called customer service AGAIN...they returned with a message from a "supervisor" and left the 1-800 number as a contact...seriously?! You send me back to the switchboard?? After running back through the automated switchboard AGAIN and sitting on hold for approximately 30-40 minutes to get to a real person, they apparently have no way of finding my "supervisor". So now we start all over again....supposedly SOMEONE will give me a call in the near future...guess I better be right next to my phone when that call comes in or I get to start the fun all over again...very underwhelmed by tech service, customer service, and this whole package in general. I'm a new customer (possibly a soon to be "previous" customer) and obviously this company is not terribly interested in repeat business or customer retention as evidenced by the lack of response to all of these reported issues...

Cannot Log In

John Hendow

The application hangs during the login process, reporting "We are experiencing technical difficulties, please try again in 10 minutes". It has said this since I loaded the app a few days ago. I've deleted the app, and reinstalled, and had the same experience. Looks like a dead end. According to the release notes, the recent update "improved the login process". Hopefully CenturyLink's dev team is paying attention to feedback.

Can't log in :(
