Garbage

The whole point of a mobile app is to watch LIVE TV when you are OUT of your home. The app has a atrocious feature that if you are not home you can only watch two or three low tier channels. Don't waste your time with this garbage. Centurylink better fix this feature or people like myself will consider other options.
App doesn't even allow logins.

Apple should remove this app from the App Store. I've had the app for a while and, although not great, it was functional - until the last update. Since then I haven't been able to log in to use it. I've deleted the app from my phone and won't be re-downloading it. Xfinity was expensive but at least their programs worked. You can download this app if you want to, but you'll be wasting your time trying to login to your account. Total fail.

The app does not and has never worked. I will be cancelling my Century Link service! Waste of time!

This app is the absolute worst piece of garbage. Half the people in tech-support not know about it or how it works rarely do you get somebody there that can help you. I've had multiple times needed to get it to being Home based out of my house. Only one person was able to fix it but at the end of the day he went back to having me being out of network. I can only look at about five or 10% of all the programming on it.

I switched from Comcast and I have had an uneasy relationship with CenturyLink and this app for the past year. Until now it had some glitches that I let pass. I was able to set up recordings with no problems....until now. This app is now a total waste of my time. It no longer allows me to set up to record. Total lock out! If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Can't do anything more than login before getting an error message that logs me out. Even then the content isn't great. Comcast was way better.

Can't log in. Says "technical issues, try again in ten minutes"...I tried 5-6 times over a 12 hour period, says the same thing every time.?

I've been getting the "technical issues, try again in 10 minutes" for two weeks. Worst app ever made. Useless. Don't waste your time.
