I use to be able to run this app on my iPhone but for some reason it stopped. Every time I call to get tech support they tell me the same thing it should work. The last time I called the girl kept telling me to open it up on a different device. I only have an iPhone and a pc no other devices ?
App won’t open

App still won’t open. Same problem lasting 24 hours. Removed App and re-downloaded… No difference. It says I need to be connected to a network… I am. Fix your product. We pay too much Money for it not to work.

Simply put, so many options out there to waste your time and money. Had it for too long and just a pain to switch. It’s time and they, Prism, do not care if they have your business or not, so do yourself a favor and try elsewhere before you get the headache.
Won't find my "home network" even when I am at home!

Update... it worked for awhile and now back to not working after iOS11 update. Useless app. Terrible tech support. I’ll be finding another option for TV. Pretty useless when it keeps saying I am not on my home network...despite sitting squarely within my home.
Where did they hide “Home Network”?

This is a sorry app. Call it App Crap and you’ll do it a favor. Sitting in my own home and it tells me I’m not actually there! Looks like my house anyway. Fix this lousy app. We’re paying for this sh’t, figure it out or reduce my price.

The app works pretty well, but I’ve got to re-login daily. I expect better considering the size of a company like Centurylink. Not all of the content is available, though I think it should be based on my tv subscription level.

This app couldn’t possibly be worse! I had AT&T when I lived in an area that had U-verse, and the app was great. The Prism app is a waste of time!!! Maybe you guys should call AT&T and ask them to help you make an app people can actually use.

Don’t bother downloading this app, you’ll just end up deleting it later. I was on with tech support because there were no live TV listings. That’s because I don’t get live TV on the app?! And, she informed me that only some of the other content I get on my TV would be available through the app. Worthless...

Can’t get the app to work. It says I’m not connected to a network (I am connected) and then just shuts down. If there’s something else I need to be doing, it’s not clear from the app’s error messages.
