Horrible, but Century Link Doesn’t Care

Lefty1945

I’ve had this App for almost two years now, and they haven’t made any improvements to it. I’ve written to Century Link and I’ve talked to their tech support, but nothing changes. It is absolutely worthless! I had AT&T before moving to Missouri, and their app worked beautifully. I could set my recordings using my phone, scan forward two weeks in the guide etc, it worked seamlessly with my set top box. I’ve suggested Century Link call AT&T to find out who developed their app, but I guess it’s too embarrassing for them to make that call. If you’re thinking about getting this app, don’t waste your time - it’s useless!

Simply Horrible

So this is a media company that cannot even produce a descent app. Wow! They could learn a lot from Spectrum. CL Prism should be so embarrassed pushing out this non-functioonal, non-user friendly app. Am warning all friends and family to stay away from Century Link products.

Impossible to navigate and get where you want.

DaddyMags

One of the most poorly designed apps I have ever seen. Forget it.

Unreliable on Apple Devices

Cosmdf

App stopped working again. CenturyLink's poor On-Demand selection is making me miss XFinity.

Finally...

After few phone calls and hours spend with technicians the app is working again !? Suggestion - on apple watch nobody is changing channels, but volume up and down would be awesome ! App is also not working in background on apple watch without having app open on iphone. Thank you

An embarrassment

A prime example of how sorry you can be when your the only player in town. Why should you have too always enter information when it tells you that you are logged in for 30 days

Truly terrible. Comcast app a dream by comparison.

I had thought the Comcast app was bad, then I met the CenturyLink Prism app and realized just how terrible it could get. The menus are confusing and non intuitive. I could rewind but not fast forward. I ended up with a movie playing behind all the menus and couldn't get back to it. That's not even getting in to the login troubles. I'm not sure how they could possibly have thought this app was ready for use.

Abysmal

PdxBadBoy

Users only need this app to do about 3 things and it does none of them well.

Zero response from system

Bouv3

Zero tech support! 27 calls over 2.5 hours of calling "all" Centurylink numbers from CS, Tech Support, & Prism support and best I've done is finally been put on a 30+ minute hold (said wait time 10 minutes, still holding). And I'm a retired Centutylink employee! Very disappointed... no accountability or concern for Centutylink customers!

Frozen, not even listing programs.

I switched from Comcast and I have had an uneasy relationship with CenturyLink and this app for the past year. Until now it had some glitches that I let pass. I was able to set up recordings with no problems....until now. This app is now a total waste of my time. It no longer allows me to set up to record. Total lock out! If I could give it zero stars, I would. It also refuses to even load the listings. Blank screen.
