The app has been saying "technical difficulties" since July when I first switched over to Prism from Directv!! Now I get in but can't view anything. It says I'm not connected to my home network.

I just got centurylink for my home and a large part was the ability to have prism on the go. I cannot log in to the app because it continues to say it cannot join the network. I can log in and watch on my phone but not my iPad. What a horrible app.

This app is worthless since it seems from my experience and all of the other reviews that no one can log in. I called centurylink and they are "working as fast as they can to fix it". If centurylink is trying to actually compete with comcast or direct tv then they should get their product on par with the competition. So far over the last month my experience with centurylink has been nothing but frustrating. I recommend staying away from prism tv. It's not worth the money.
