Won’t even open

I’m not sure how a technology company like this can have such a subpar app. This is not the first time I’ve had problems. I have a new iPhone, I have a connection to a strong Wi-Fi, all other apps work but this one says I’m not tied to a network! This is on acceptable for your industry. I have the wrong team in place to run your business.

Unintuitive, buggy, ultimately useless. Spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to schedule a show for recording then when I did I get an error message. Shame on CL for such amateurism.

I have tried many time to try and watch, but failed just as many. I also have called support 2 times with no luck. I am not wasting my time anymore.

Nothing available and or will not log into Stars etc. Does not acknowledge what all I pay for.

Tried to use and kept getting error messages. An Ap is supposed to be used while away from my home.....it says I must be connected to their network. Would not let me log in remotely. What a waste!

We recently started with CenturyLink when our previous provider of TV, internet and WIFI was unable to deliver fibre optics in a timely manner. Unlike some of the other reviews, I will give them a chance to do their job. And in the process I will use proper grammar and not show my racist ignorance by slandering people who are different than I. I hope others will be kinder and more patient.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. This company needs to get its stuff together. What is this app even for if you can’t watch your dvr recordings?? I know other companies won’t their apps you can. Not happy

I’ve many TV providers over the course of the years to include: Spectrum TV (former Brighthouse in central Florida ), Dish Network, AT&T U-Verse just to name a few and I’ve never had so much trouble in my life with a company like CenturyLink...... STAY AWAY AWAY AWAY..... Nothing works from top to the bottom and I mean it.... save yourself a headache...... Very Unprofessional, Rude, Ripoff .. those are my 2 cents for today ..

Scam of Scam Apps

So logging into the App now comes with “acceptance” to terms and conditions that say in part Centurylink has the right to change / charge for “certain” situations... i called and apparently now if you click on ANY movie and watch it, they will be able to charge you for it... BUYER BEWARE... THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ROLL BACK NET NEUTRALITY ....

Fingerprint scan for login?

This app works if you want to set remote recordings for your home DVR. Admittedly, the UI is a pain, but why not make it easier to log in? Like a fingerprint ID scan? Or just keep me logged in like the app says it will. So many one star ratings for this app... you would think CL would be motivated to fix this thing. These are your customers after all!!!
