Need for speed MW
1 hour on the phone and they were not able to figure it out why it keeps saying I'm not connected to the home network.

Not sure why all the negativity regarding this app. I enjoy it. Works fine for me....

Can't even log in while on home network. Only can log in while on cell network, and even then, many channels don't work (gives errors). Impossible to use in workout room or any other room in my own house where there is no set top box. Ridiculous this problem has been with me for 6 months now.

What is the sense of having this app if you cannot watch away from your house? THAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING THIS APP! Cannot watch your DVR'd shows. Keep trying Prism, you'll grow up to be Xfinity someday.

Another failure in a long line of prism tv failures. What a waste of 1 and 0's. Can't wait for contract to expire, to go back to Comcast .

This app is a joke! Tried customer support. After being transferred to six different reps still no help. App not working. Very disappointed!

Where to start? Two key points: 1. After 6 months the app still does not know I'm on my home network, which was installed by centurylink! So every login it tells me I am not at home, when I am. 2. This app is impossible to navigate. I used the Comcast cable app last and that was a breeze to use! This one makes it a challenge to find HD programming, sport specific programs and movies. You have to browse scrolling eternally looking at pictures of shows, much like Netflix. But with regular tv you're generally looking for something very specific, which is next to impossible with this app.

The app looks nice and would love to use it. But, ever since we have become Century Link Prism customers on July 1, 2017 to today August 7, 2017... we have never been able to see/watched anything on this app and nobody in Century Link support (Days/ hours with promises... Given them my password... Nothing but FRUSTRATION ... PAGES OF NOTES... I bet no one in the company knows how to setup my account correctly) knows how to setup my account correctly... so that this app would let me view live streaming TV or see recorded shows on our DVR. Yes, I tried both my email and master account... with the same results... lock symbols on every channel in the guide. We have and pay for premium channel. The box connected to TV work but sometime it freeze on us. The app always tells me to call and upgrade... I ask... Upgrade to what??? I have and pay!!! For PREMIUM SERVICE already.. Very unhappy with this app and with it's support or lack of. Big ZERO.

First the whole app was down. The customer service rep said they would text me when it was up and running again but not surprisingly I never heard anything from them. Then it wouldn't recognize my login credentials, which I use all the time to access my email without problems. Then it wouldn't accept the answers I provided to my own security questions, which I know by heart and set up myself. Then I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Now I am finally logged in but every single network or show I click on has "no content" or is considered "premium" Seriously man, this app is useless!!
