don’t waste your time

i won’t bother repeating what others have written, but this app is without a doubt one of the worst media platforms i have ever used. it is 2018 and this is the best they can come up with. obviously could care less about providing the customer with something decent.......

Terrible application
Colorado Grandma

Unable to watch anything..only use is as a remote control..worthless. How embarrassing for Centurylink in this age of mobile apps. Can’t believe I pay so much for so little!

Waste of time
ouch boy

Apparently you need to pay extra to use this app, even with a Prism TV subscription. I was willing to look into that but was transferred 5 times over 30 minutes before getting hung up on. App crashed multiple times just by just scanning through its content! Pretty poor support and a poorly functioning app. Sad!

Terrible
I like Snoopy

Poorly designed and basically useless when not connected to home wi-fi

Love but needs improvement

I love your app and love your company. Has been very helpful since first becoming a customer since 2016. App is pretty user friendly. However, it could definitely use some new features. For example, there are times that I am not at home and would love to access my recordings so I may watch them. It is very frustrating to only be allowed to watch live tv and I would much rather access my recordings list and choose a show that I have recorded and watch that on my iPhone while I am out running errands or out of house in general. Thank you for taking the time to listen.

Painfully Antiquated APP W/Searching & Recording
CRJOJO

Isn’t a one star embarrassing and a clue to senior leaders of Centurylink? Not user friendly in basic use, microscopic channel names and painful steps to see the next hours ahead. “go to next hour. Omg... make it scroll right > to the next hour. This is terrible. You can afford to Design and provide a better Channel and programming lineup? When one finally finds what they are looking for, it won’t record. Piece of trash APP. If you can’t provide quality, please sell your cable service to a competitor.

Waste of time.

I never write reviews, but this app is so bad, I had to give my input. You might as well download the TV Guide app because that is all it can do, but its still worse than that. It’s obvious that this app is incomplete and was never checked for user convenience. It falsely shows that you can schedule to record shows. It does not work at all. It also states that you can watch live and recorded tv on the app. The fact they don’t share is that you must be connected to your home wifi. Obviously useless since I would rather watch on my 60” tv than my 6.5” phone screen. Worst app on the planet.

App worked for a week
rockbtm1st

The first week the app seemed cool. Really like the remote control feature but then I got locked out of it. When I tried to re-enter user name and password it kept reading unexpected error. Continually prompted me to reset my password which affected my CenturyLink online access as well. It just refuses to accept my username and password. I’ve deleted and reloaded several times and still refuses to let me back in. So it was good for the week it lasted.

It still tells you, you are not on your home network when you are

Wow - no features!
DanOjennes

Lame... so may problems: 1. Pairing with receivers does not work, the app discovers the receiver but then fails to send any commands to the receiver 2. There is NO option to edit the guide or channels - I don’t want to see 200 channels I don’t get 3. The app does not support rotation so you can only see 1 hour of the guide and there is no way to scroll the guide to see future programming This feels like an alpha release at best
