Century link prism never cease to amaze me on how utterly crapy they can make my life. This company makes time warner cable look like saints. This app is a waste and don't bother with the apps like HBOgo prism seems to keep you locked out those also. Get a cable internet and a fire stick. My first written review ever I wish I never heard of this company the worst. I had better service in third world countries.

Start by firing all the people that had anything to do with the Prism app and start over. This app has been mercifully blessed from the ravages of user friendliness. I get so frustrated and angry every time I try the Prism mobile app.

With the Comcast app, you can watch shows you recorded. You cannot watch shows you recorded with the Centurylink app. This is such a basic feature. If you are a Comcast customer and are thinking of switching and you want to watch show you recorded on your iPad, DO NOT SWITCH to Centurylink.

You would think any business larger than the convenience store on the corner could produce a halfway user friendly app! Apparently this one was designed by a first grader that has never viewed television!

This app functions well when it's functioning. However, it is inconsistent, often crashes, and sometimes is not able to access century link for programming. The century link customer service staff are the worst known to man. After reading this I would cancel but the subscription and not download the app.

Century link and prism TV are worthless, I tired turning on my TV today to see a game on ABC prism tv tells me it is up dating, has been updating half the day now. I down load the app to watch the game, can't see live TV on the app, what good is it if you can't watch live TV on the app.

Just got centurylink about two weeks ago and have already called to have it removed. We watch all of our tv on our iPads and this app was promised to be better and more reliable then the spectrum app....WRONG....it can’t even tell it’s on a home network which means only a small percentage of the total content is available. I wish I could meet the team that wrote it, guessing it’s the same team in Bangladesh that answered my calls, they were totally uninformed and uninterested in helping me. At least that’s what it think he said. It took both my wife and I at least 10 minutes to figure out what “John from Dallas” was saying and it was “just wait and it will work itself out in 48 hours”.. you can guess that didn’t work....app is crap and so is their mid-Asian tech team.... Come back Spectrum I’m sorry I said you were too expensive....

If I could give this so a negative star I would. Impossible to log into; 100% of time it says "completing login... we are experiencing technical difficulties, please try again in 10 minutes." This app is utterly useless.

This never works. They can't fix it! So many support staff are just clueless
