No offline search and keeps logging me out

This was a poor attempt at a re-design of this application. You can no longer download the list of locations for off-line viewing and it continually logs you out. Whoever designed this app is clearly trying to cut corners. They made this app less useful than previous versions. Bring back the old version.
Shouldn’t have updated

The update no longer has my membership number or digital card. I still have to sign in every time and only when on WiFi or data. Fix this ASAP!!!

Why is there no longer an option to update the app database? It seems that a lot of options in the old version or now just missing.

Since updating to version 5.0.0, I am no longer able to update the app to receive the latest list of lounges. Where is the ability to update, or to check if I have the latest listing of lounges. This is a big step backwards from the previous version of the app.
I can log in on my computer but not on my phone!

I hope this can be resolved soon, I am getting ready to go on a trip and I want to have access to the app in my phone! I called customer service and they suggested to download the app which I did, but still not working!! I hope this can be fixed soon.

Some clubs can't scan digital card. Really? Account doesn't even store the actual card number. Really? It's basically a web site to search for lounges - pretending - to be an app Folks! Really really useless. Deleting

Removed the ability to browse lounges offline which was an important benefit of the app.
