I can log in on my computer but not on my phone! – Priority Pass™ Review

I hope this can be resolved soon, I am getting ready to go on a trip and I want to have access to the app in my phone! I called customer service and they suggested to download the app which I did, but still not working!! I hope this can be fixed soon.
