Customer Service ... doesn’t exist

Apparently if you created an online account before November 2017 then you’re SOL. You do not exist in the digital world as far as Priority Pass is concerned. When they ship you your new card they fail to inform of this critical piece of information in their correspondence and forget phone support they are unable - unwilling to help. They like taking your money they just don’t value you as a customer. Now I suppose I have to try to create a “new account” with the same PP # and name and email ... let’s see how well this works especially when I can still login to their website and app with old/current credentials. Stunning how poor some companies can be in the digital age. You would think they would find a way to transition existing customers to the new digital “system”. It’s a joke! Chase has a countless number of card holders that have PP as a privilege I guess PP doesn’t care for the business.
Lousy app, pretending 64 bit app is better, stabbing customers in the back

This lousy app, telling you nothing to almost nothing converted to 64 bit only. The app was lousy already and does not support real 64 bit by being a mediocre app. Why screwing your 32 bit customers? Total looser according to Donald Trump. I agree with him!

What happened to offline saving of lounges and favorites? Logging in every time the app starts? I will need a data connection every time I use this app now. Used to be a great app, now it’s basically useless.

No issues logging in or finding my card. App is simple and even offered apple wallet integration, so I don't need to log in when I need my number.

The app will not let me login or navigate anywhere without crashing. Don’t bother downloading until they resolve these major issues.
Stalls and crashes

The app stalls on login and then crashes. I had a perfect LTE signal and even deleted and reinstalled the app, all to no avail. Ultimately I had to go to their website to get my digital pass to access a lounge.
This is embarrassing for PP

Wow, I thought I had lost my mind. All the typical features of PP app were gone! Turns out it’s bc someone decided to ruin the app. Where are all my favorites? And don’t expect to get your digital pass, I see no option for it.
