Terrible update

Echoing others, this was a terrible update. Can’t remember logon info, no offline support, etc. Needs serious work.

Given this is a premium service, app should match. Constantly crashes, doesn’t retain login, hardly ever works. Get a new developer!

Brand new look and feel but no iPhone X support?! LOL, are you kidding? If you don’t have edge to edge, you cannot claim iPhone X support.

I’m speechless. Priority Pass has removed literally the only three useful features from their app: 1. The ability to browse lounges while offline, since their users travel frequently and we don’t always have data roaming enabled in a new country. 2. The ability to save favorites, so we can set up a trip ahead of time and don’t have to use search over and over. 3. The ability to see expanded photos of a lounge, to get a sense of the space. They’ve removed all of this functionality and added nothing in return. Just unbelievable.

Whoever approved this update should resign as this is garbage. The update literally removed the only reason we installed the app - our membership ID. The login process now is also prone to repeated request to re-login. This is a NOT a good use of your user time. User experience - 0 stars Update implementation - 0 stars
Used to be solid - newest revision is awful

This app used to be so much better. It was reliable, allowed data to be accessed offline, allowed us to save favorites, etc. Now, after a complete rewrite, it is practically useless. It does still allow you to search for and find clubs. However, now it does not allow for offline browsing. For some inexplicable reason, they removed the favorites option, and changed the login so that you have to enter your credentials every single time. The supposed digital card is a joke and is nowhere to be found in the app, and the member number does not even display in the profile. I would be curious to know who in the company actually signed off on this “upgrade” which took a pretty solid app and made it almost completely useless. Get it together, Priority Pass!

App forgets login details every time, App will not let me download the electronic membership card, and they got rid of the best function which was just “touch this button to show the closest lounge.” :(
