The app and the service both are pretty terrible. No reason for not providing digital cards to all members, except that they actually don’t want you to use the service.

This app used to be good for saving favorite lounges and even for looking up lounges offline. Now it can’t remember my user name/password and force quit every session. Good thing I already added the digital pass to my Apple wallet. Time to delete this app because it does nothing that a simple google search can’t do better

Your priority pass number doesn’t show on the app. Your digital pass doesn’t exist. Called customer service but they can’t give you your info? WT?!? They should just tell everyone to carry the card all the time. Useless app taking up space in my phone.

There was a function that you can save the favourite places. And where is it now! Where is auto login or finger print or face ID. Do you guys ever use your brain when you do the updates? Use this APP before you launch it!

If you’re already a Priority Pass member you need the PIN that was sent with your original membership packet? There should really be an easier way. Poorly designed.

The app is junk. I’ve been a member via Amex and this service has never worked. The app is junk. Every airport I’ve tried to use the service suddenly doesn’t support it accept it. LAX?! LHR?! Come on!
dont use priority pass
I’ll second what yankee jack wrote a few days ago. This company has zero and I mean zero customer service. And to the response that the developers left “yankee jack”, call us at the number provided so we can help. On this day 4/20 that number was disconnected. You can’t even call these people to get help. Wish I could leave zero stars...
