Spinning wheel, unable to login to account after app update, password reset links to a website that doesnt open. Horrible app. Nearly as bad as many of the lounges.

App was cumbersome but Feb 11 2028 Update removes functionality. “New look” is overstatement. Fairly dull app. Makes it difficult to login and/or access digital card. But if you manage to log in the card is accessible from each lounge’s description which is handy. Changed listing so now you have to go back and forth between Terminal listings to see available lounges - more steps to see full airport options with zero apparent advantage. App no longer remembers previous airports you’ve viewed - requiring re-searching each time. Can’t find member benefits. App should add fingerprint/face security. C’mon PP- get some teenagers involved and fix your app!

I just logged in to the updated version and under my name it just says “membership number” and not my card number associated with my account. Also, what’s the point of the app if all members can’t access their cards digitally?

So with this new version you cant save your favorites anymore? Also it seems buggy, I just logged in, closed the app, opened it again and now I’m logged out...

This app is pretty much garbage. Why doesn’t it keep me logged in forever? Why can’t I setup Touch ID? Why does it always want to update to get a most recent list of clubs? Why is the update always large? This is especially when I am in rural China and want to see clubs and my provider doesn’t have fast internet. If you want to make this app good (or better yet, great) put it in the hands of a developer and make that person travel all over the world to see these shortcomings. Start thinking like the people that use the product and not like an engineer.

They might as well be developing apps for early 2017. No iPhone X support this late from the phones release is ridiculous.

For a major release, this version is so disappointing in that it doesn't address major flaws such as digital membership or iPhone X support. Why rush to ship this release then?
