Not the greatest program

The App itself is fine, but the program itself is not great given that most of the lounges give priority pass holders last priority to their lounges. We’ve been turned away a few times because the lounges were “full” but they were really just saving space for potential first and business class travelers.

Worst ever. After a long day looking forward to the lounge but the bar card on the digital card didn’t work. Wound being turned away. What a waste of membership fees.

Guys, I travel week in and week out and am forever experiencing the pain of the iOS app logging me out at the most inopportune times…which is pretty much every time I go to use the app. You guys are not guarding Fort Knox. Give it up with the forced security log-out’s. They’re unnecessary and make me not want to use the app. Thankfully, I can just use the wallet card, but, please, PLEASE address this. There’s simply no need to sign me out unless my membership expires or I’ve physically clicked the button to log out.

There are many technical difficulties. Even as i’m writing this review, the text is not showing. I can’t see what I’m writing. And when I try too look up which lounges are available in the airport for my next flight, nothi comes up.
Digital membership card

I have tried to activate the digital membership card time and time again. Even when I got my new Priority Pass select card it provided a landing page to activate the digital membership and that didn’t work either. It simply said that this card number has already been registered.Why is this so difficult? Why isn’t the digital membership card just in the app by default?
Lack of lounges - franchised locations poor

Where to begin with this nearly useless membership? Zero lounges at LAX one of the busiest airports and per corporate there are no plans to open any in the future. Zero lounges at SFO with only some discounts at a couple of airport restaurants and overpriced “spas”. When trying to use lounges I DID find at other airports found them to be very poor quality, lacking any food and even basic drinks (red wine and beer only at one location ?!!) Some lounges closing well short of regular business hours - closing at 3pm???? When writing to management about these issues was told that Priority Pass lounge locations are “franchises” so Priority Pass corporate has zero control over quality, hours of operation, or availability of amenities, food or drinks. So basically everything advertised to get you to join is extremely questionable and corporate takes no responsibility. A scam? Sure feels like it.
What’s the point of this app?

It used to be great. Tell you exactly where the lounge partners are. Now it just has discount coupons. It has an airport map but doesn’t tell you where the Priority Pass lounges are. So what’s the poi t of this app. I’ve gone to the website as well to be given an error message.

Worst website i have seen. Not able to sign up called customer support and the lady didn’t have clue what to do. Trued to sign up on 3 different Brower and on mobile app. It’s not working.
