I don’t know what the one star deal is. App works fine. I left my physical card at home, so I found this app and does the trick. It’s perfect!

I followed the instructions sent to me from the Priority Pass which has membership number and pin to be used to creat an account at the website. Then I downloaded the App. You only need to log in once and the app remembers you next time when you open it. The digital card information automatically shows up. I don’t need to login every time. I checked information on my local airport as well as the city I am going to. I found it super easy to use. I have Amex with Priority Pass as added benefit. Those complaining the digital card doesn’t work should check whether their credits cards have digital cards benefit. One suggestion I have is to show the location as a map in addition to text descriptions. It would be even better if it can be linked to real time location map to guide you to the nearest lounge based on your location at the airport. Thanks for a great app! I don’t review apps that much, but feel compelled to do this after seeing so many perhaps unfair comments.

Horrible update. Requires passwords every time I open the app. Have used the app the last 3 years without problems before now Am returning to plastic cards What crap from priority pass Looks like everyone else agrees This is the lowest rated app at 1.5 stars on my phone!

A giant step backward

No digital card. No membership number available in app. You have to sign in EVERY TIME. Please fix soon. This service was a “perk” to a credit card I use. Not worth it.

I can't even open the app, it immediately crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled on two different phones.

Horrible App!!!!

After downloading the latest version of the app, I tried using my pass at the Lexington Airport and was unsuccessful. Seems as though the genius responsible for creating the app did not think to let you be able to see your account number. Simply unacceptable.

This release is a step backwards. Now you have to log in each time, only one picture for each lounge. How is this an improvement?
