The app doesn’t show any lounges for Phoenix for example. If you go to the priority pass website and search Phoenix it says “404 page not found”. Also, PP has no lounges in Los Angeles and Anchorage. And many other cons. Called the support but they were kind of unprofessional. Do not recommend.
Where the heck I can add and view my priority pass ???

Purpose of installing this app is to add my card so that I don’t need to carry the card - but there is NO option to view my card details upon logging using my login details - EVEN THERE IS NO OPTION AVAILABLE TO ADD PRIORITY PASS

Nice to have Wallet Pass
Overall okay however it would be better if there would be a pass to add to Wallet which would make coming in much more convenient.
Lost password function not working! (And yes I checked my spam folder.)

Each time that I try to use the app it never retain the information and that’s very frustrating when you are in the airport!!

Not a SINGLE lounge in the entire LAX. Not a single lounge in OAK… or PHX. What is the point of this program?
