Okay, not great...

You need to allow sign in using the fingerprint sensor on our phone. It's kind of rediculous to have to type our password everytime.


Offline data and ratings?

OK, it’s been long enough now, where is the save offline option? I know you took it away when you re-designed the app, and told us to be patient, but it’s been like six months now. That was such a helpful feature for me! Also what happened to the option to rate and review the lounges? I liked having that check on the system so priority pass could see which lounges weren’t pulling their weight.


Very slow and sluggish.

This app used to be fast. It also used to display your most recent airport searches. But not any more ... which makes it painful to use, especially since just getting it to first load takes 10 seconds. On an iPhone 8. Seriously people who make this app, the new redesign and revamp made it 10x worse.

This app is simple and has a few key features to serve. Help find locations and display digital cards. Unfortunately,the current iteration gets in the way of both. If the app has been unused for some time it signs you out, and takes a very long time to load as I assume it downloads new data. Either way it fails in both of its primary use cases and results in frustration at every touch point with the service. Please do some user testing with real users.

No good lounges in USA. If this wasn’t free as part of my credit card I would NOT buy it. If you have an existing profile you have to create an entirely new profile to get the digital card. Called to confirm and they can’t delete the old profile.


Terrible app, terrible company

For offering such a basic, easy service, this app really finds ways to be even worse than you could possibly expect. All the terrible reviews on here are true. If this service wasn’t free via my Chase card, I wouldn’t even bother. The app logs you out after you close it every time - what is the point in having a log in if you can’t stay logged in? Sometimes it just doesn’t load at all. It’s useless offline, which, for an app specifically geared towards traveling you’d think they would have adjusted. It’s very clear that they invest absolutely zero in their customer service. Which, again, is shocking considering their are supposed to be a luxury service. Priority Pass, I suggest you begin taking the advice of your customers and fix these issues rather than commenting on these reviews and asking people to call a number that will give us no answers to pretend like you’re being responsive.


Unable to login after update

Unable to login after the most recent update. I’ve even reset my password and still not able to login through the app. I’m able to login through the website so I know my pw is correct.

My credentials work fine on the website but in the app it just says "something went wrong". Awesome.

Once again, this company has proven that new features does not mean a better product. I cannot believe how innovative tech companies like the mapping company in this app would want to work with them.
